Warranty Terms & Conditions
If there is a fault with your product, it may be covered by our Gerbing warranty. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, but only upon presentation of your original receipt or invoice and if you have registered your purchase. You can do this on the page Register
We offer a two-year warranty on the entire heating product, including accessories such as batteries and chargers. For the first six months, you have a full warranty, unless the defect is caused by incorrect or improper use, or by an accident (unilateral). For the following 18 months, our warranty applies if it is a manufacturing defect.
Gerbing provides a full warranty on the internal MicrowirePRO® heating elements (located after the control button) for the lifetime of the pair of gloves or the garment.

How to return items under warranty
- Determine whether the defect is covered by the warranty terms.
- Allow two to four weeks for repairs.
- Enclose a letter with the warranty item describing the defect and your return address.
- Include a copy of the proof of purchase (no receipt, no warranty)
